We are stoked to announce that dryrobe is now the official sponsor of the English Junior surf team. We will be supporting Surfing England as they develop this amazing group of young English surfers, helping them reach their full potential.

This is the first time that Team England Juniors have had their own sponsor, meaning they will have access to top level coaching, support staff and training plans as they prepare for and compete in events throughout 2020 and beyond, with the aim of qualifying for surfing’s debut at the 2022 Youth Olympics in Dakar, Senegal.

We're proud to be extending our partnership with Surfing England - the National Governing Body of English Surfing. Surfing is where dryrobe started and we're excited to help support this organisation shape the future of the sport we love.

We joined the English Junior Squad at their first-ever training session at The Wave in Bristol to surprise them with the news and supply them with their official dryrobe Team England gear. Having access to The Wave will prove to be a game-changing facility when it comes to the development of the next generation of elite English surfers, with the ability for the athletes to perfect their skills and coaches to analyse performance in the state-of-the-art wave pool.

dryrobe Founder and Director Gideon Bright added:

"We're incredibly excited to be supporting the Team England Juniors at such a monumental time in surfing's history. The pool of talent in junior surfing right now is amazing and we're confident that by backing this incredible team of surfers we can make a real difference in helping them achieve their potential. The future of English surfing is looking very bright and we're so proud to be a part of it.”
